The journey

The journey of Indisalads began with the founders' passion for accessible, high-quality food and their love for the environment. Through their experiences in various corporate roles and travels worldwide, they explored diverse cuisines, including the Middle Eastern and European influences they encountered while working in the UAE. This exposure led them to appreciate salads as healthy and delicious meals, becoming their go-to option for busy days.

Returning to India

Returning to India, they observed the growing popularity of salads and recognized the potential of indigenous produce in this format. They believed that instead of relying solely on exotic greens, exploring local vegetables and flavors could offer unique tastes and environmental benefits. Identifying an unaddressed gap in the Indian food scene, they crafted Indisalads to provide salads that catered to ingredient variety, taste preferences, portion sizes, and affordable prices.
